We want you to be happy with your Girls Trip site. Here's how refunds work.
If you contact us before we have begun building your site, we will issue a full refund. Email us at hello@pacaprints.com as soon as possible.
Once we have begun building your site (usually within a few hours of receiving your order), we are unable to offer a refund as work will already be underway.
If your site contains errors or does not match what you submitted in the form, we will fix it at no extra charge. One round of amendments is included with every order.
If you are unhappy with the result and we are unable to resolve it, please contact us and we will consider a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital service within 14 days of purchase. However, by placing your order and requesting that we begin work immediately, you acknowledge that this right to cancel is waived once work has commenced.
