Girls Trip is operated by Paca Planners, part of Paca Prints. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use planmygirlstrip.co.uk and how we use it.

When you place an order, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• The details you provide in the order form (occasion, dates, venue, schedule, names of people in your group)

We do not collect payment card details directly — payments are handled securely by Stripe.

How we use your data

• To build and deliver your personalised itinerary website
• To contact you about your order
• To send your completed site link

We do not use your data for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties except as needed to deliver your order (e.g. Stripe for payment processing).

How long we keep it

We keep your order details for up to 12 months in case you need changes or have a query. After that, we delete them.
